Are you also struggling with the gap between industry and universities? This is your chance to change it: The group of Elastomer Technology & Engineering at the University of Twente (UT) in Enschede is looking for an Assistant Professor within their team. This position enables you to teach students what is really relevant for a career in industry, and to establish your own research area on elastomer-fibre composites. You have a fully equipped elastomer laboratory at your disposition, and cooperation with other groups at the UT working on textiles and thermoplastic composites will complete the research environment. Besides, cooperation with industry partners within the research projects is common practice. It is a full-time position in an international environment, with a growing number of PhD and regular students. Currently about 15 PhD students do their research under the supervision of 5 ETE full- or part-time staff members.
